inContext - Hyper-organized content management

Deploying content on the web can be a nightmare, no matter how large or small your business case. With inContext, thco's scalable content management solution, your information has a new home.

Meet our interface

When is a desktop application not like a desktop application? When it's inContext. Our unique interface provides Windows Explorer-like access to content within your sites, all from the portability of a web browser. Whether it's organizing your images in the shared library, managing files or running through workflow, our inContext Desktop will make processes natural for your users.

Templating: the key to a uniform site

With inContext's unique template system, users add content directly into their pages - not in a framed or windowed version; the actual page itself. From a designer's point of view, HTML can easily be re-used and shared across multiple templates. inContext allows you to control every part of your published pages - from header tags to metadata.

A sea of information

Whenever users add links, files or images to the pages of any inContext site, the core system will internally store their relationships for tracking and content relativity. User edits on pages are logged, so administrators can easily see the most recent chain of events - or even roll pages back to a previous states at the touch of a button.

Government support

The extended Government Core element of inContext has been designed from the ground up with feedback from leading local authorities. Tight integration of LGNL and IPSV standards allows users to add a PID to their page, and automatically pull in related government navigation, links and electronic forms. Using Core Transformations, the LGNL can easily be honed to your own required structure.

Tell me

The Tell me feature allows users to manage their own custom mail alerts. Send messages when pages near their expiry date, when workflow changes or any number of useful flags.

tMaps Integration

inContext integrates seamlessly with tMaps, allowing CMS users to easily drop maps into their pages - either from your current library of plots, or directly from a postcode.
